基于软测量技术的液相乙醇浓度在线检测系统

摘要

According to the disadvantages of testing liquefied ethanol concentration currently, a soft-sensing model is established to calculate the liquefied ethanol concentration by using vapor-liquefied equilibrium．The design of on-line test system based on industrial Ethernet for liquefied ethanol concentration is presented．It includes mainly the software and hardware architecture of system．The results in the application show that the system possesses some characters，including large measuring range，high precision，good versatility and much application，and so on．%针对当前液相乙醇检测存在的缺点,建立基于气液相平衡原理的液相乙醇浓度的软测量计算模型.介绍一种IP模式液相乙醇浓度在线检测系统的研制,主要包括嵌入武系统的硬件结构和整个系统的软件构成.理论和实践表明该系统具有测量准确度高、通用性好、响应速度快,性能稳定等特点.
