The synthesis and photoelectrochemical properties of visible-light-responsive photocatalytic CoNb2O6 materials were reported.The materials were prepared by using the sol-gel method.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and diffuse reflectance spectroscope (DRS) characterization data suggested that the CoNb2O6 material has an orthorhombic structure with a good visible-light absorption property.The photoelectrochemical properties evaluated using the linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) method and the current-time (i-t) curves showed an intensive photocurrent under visible-light (λ>420 nm) irradiation from the materials used as thin film electrode,suggesting that the materials have a good photo-to-current conversion property.%报道了可见光催化材料CoNb2O6的合成及其光电化学性质.材料的合成方法采用溶胶-凝胶法.X-射线衍射(XRD)及紫外-可见漫发射光谱(DRS)表征结果表明,所合成的材料是正交相结构的CoNb2O6晶体,具有较好的可见光吸收性能.采用线性扫描伏安(LSV)法和瞬时电流曲线(i-t)等手段对所材料的电化学性质进行了研究,发现在可见光照射下电极上有较强的光电流产生,表明该材料具有较好的可见光电转换性能.
