锅炉汽包水位波动成因分析及解决方案

中冶京诚(营口)中试基地锅炉房为全厂生产提供蒸汽保障.其中3台国产锅炉存在汽包水位控制问题,经常造成锅炉误动作停炉,影响生产.提出了一种解决方案,即利用现有设备,调整自动化系统多个参数及相关工艺过程.改造后,既节约了资金,又保证了锅炉生产稳定,创造了长期的经济效益.%CERI Yingkou Equipment Development and Manufacturing Co. , Ltd boiler factory supply steam for manufacture. The boiler factory has 4 boilers now, 3 of them are made in China, they has some problems at steam drum water fluctuation. Sometimes its cause the boiler emergency stop. The essay discuss one of the solution that use the existing equipment. The solution only adjust some parameter of automatic system and change some process engineering . Using this solution not only save the money but insure the boiler steady running. Long time economic benefits is gained.
