A new class of basis functions was present to construct cubic hyperbolic B-spline with multiple shape parameters. This kind of curve combines the main properties of the standard B-spline, and the hyperbolic can be explicitly expressed . The shape of such curves can be adjusted totally or locally by changing the values of the shape parameters. As a new geometric modeling method, generating of such curves and surfaces can be applied in CAD/CAM.%提出一类带多形状参数的三次双曲均匀B样条曲线基函数.由这组基函数组成的三次双曲均匀B样条曲线具有很多与三次B样条曲线类似的性质和几何结构,并且可以精确表示双曲线.通过形状参数的不同取值,这类曲线的形状既能整体又能局部变化,作为一种新的几何造型方法,可应用于CAD/CAM领域.
