Application of PHOENICS liquid calculating software, built the practical poppet valve pattern with the same physical structure and parameter, applied the structural quadrature local refinement and k-ε turbulence computation model, calculated the outward flow in the poppet valve, outlined the flow runner design program, analysed with CFD, which are analysed the relationship between flow quantity, opening and discharge coeffcient, The research result will give directive function to the analysis of poppet valve function, optimization of flow runner structure and practical engineering.%运用PHOENICS流体计算软件,建立了锥阀的物理结构和参数的计算几何模型.采用了结构化正交局部加密网格,应用了κ-ε湍流计算模型,对外流式锥阀的内部流场进行了模拟仿真,给出了优化方案.并对其进行了CFD验证,研究了流量变化、开启度变化对锥阀流场特性的影响.研究结果对于分析锥阀的性能、进行流道的结构优化和实际工程应用都具有一定的指导作用.
