基于视觉的复合材料自动铺放表面纹理实时检测方法

     

摘要

It is difficult to monitor the parameters in the process of placement of large-scale composite components in real time because of the complexity of the surface of those composite components, especially for the placement angle of placement head. A texture direction analysis method combing image segmentation and filtering is presented,which make use of the optical reflection characteristics of composite material's surface texture. Firstly,the image using the centre of mass of the two-dimensional histogram is segmented. Secondly, the binary image is filtered and the texture orientation could be determined through the angle of the filter window. Experimental results show that the proposed method is outstanding in segmentation quality and speed, so it could meet the stability and real-time monitoring requirements in automatic placement. Moreover, the texture angle obtained through the directional filter is very close to the actual angel.%大型复合材料构件的表面复杂性给铺放过程中工艺参数的实时监控带来了一定的难度,尤其是铺放头的铺放角度这一重要参数.结合视频图像处理技术,利用复合材料铺放图像表面纹理的光学反射特性,提出了一种结合图像分割和滤波的纹理方向分析方法.利用图像二维直方图的质心进行分割,对分割后的二值图像进行滤波,并且通过方向性滤波器的窗口角度来判断纹理方向.实验证明,提出的分割方法分割效果好速度快,可以满足自动铺放中铺放路径监测的稳定性和实时性要求.同时通过方向性滤波器判断所得的纹理角度也比较接近实际纹理角度.
