基于云理论的技术研发进度评估方法

技术研发进度不同于一般工程进度,不适合用数值精确表示.云理论是一种用于处理不确定性和含糊性知识的数学工具,可实现概念与数据之间的相互转换.研发项目技术进度评估对于制订项目技术进度计划,进行进度控制具有重要意义.针对研发项目特点,以技术重要度为权重,提出基于云模型的技术进度评估方法,解决了技术进度评估模糊化的问题.%There is big difference between technology development and engineering schedule, for the former is not proper to be qualified. Cloud theory has been proved to be an excellent mathematical tool for dealing with uncertain and vague description of objects, and it can realize the transforms between qualitative concepts and their quantitative expression. As for R&D project planning and controlling, schedule assessment is crucially important.Considering such characters of research project, especially the importance of technology, a method of technology schedule assessment based on cloud theory is set, the vague description of technology schedule problem is solved.
