基于社会力模型的建筑安全性能评估方法研究

摘要

以动态交通的角度审视公共建筑的安全性能.分析并确立建筑物动态安全性能评价指标.在简要对比几种现行的主要评估方法后,提出一套完整、详细的性能化动态评估方法.同时基于对微观行人动力学模型的分析,选择社会力模型作为仿真的微观模型进行仿真.最后以国内某大型体育场作为工程案例,详细阐述性能化动态评估方法,为我国建筑物安全性能评估提供方法依据.%The safety evaluation of public buildings basing on the traffic eyes is focused on. After a brief comparison of several current major evaluation methods, it put forward a complete and detailed method for public buildings which can be used in project. At the same time, basing on the analysis of the simulation model of pedestrian movement, it selected social force model for simulation. At last, taking a stadium project for example, it gives good foundation to the improvement of building safety evaluation.
