Developing a sustainable urban transport system should consider maximizing the system efficiency and minimizing resource consumption and environmental pollution. A mathematical model for optimizing transportation structure based on travel mobility and accessibility is proposed, as well as considering environmental constraints and urban land use patterns.%建立城市可持续发展的交通运输系统,不但要考虑交通出行效率目标最大化,还要使交通系统的资源消耗最小,环境污染最低.在以打造低碳城市的发展模式,针对出行的机动性和可达性,同时考虑环境容量、土地利用等约束条件来建立交通结构优化模型.
