基于PBN的中小机场终端区飞行程序优化研究

     

摘要

传统进离场程序中,飞机均是向台或者背台飞行.这种方式在流量比较少时,可以保证安全,但是随着航班量的增加,就不能兼顾安全和经济了.从基于性能的导航区别于传统程序的优点和设计标准出发,总结了中小机场飞行程序调整的一般方法和思路.最后以景德镇罗家机场为例,分析该机场进离场程序的缺陷和不足,并在此基础上设计出了一整套PBN飞行程序.以期能够提高航空公司效益、终端区内的容量和管制员效率,降低管制员工作负荷和压力.%In conventional flight procedures, aircrafts fly to or from stations one by one. This kind of procedures will ensure safe when air flow is low. With the increasement of flights, conventional procedures could not guarantee safe and economic. Differences between conventional procedures and PBN ones is started, general methods and thoughts when optimizing procedures for small and medium airports are then concluded. In the last part, conventional procedures are analyzed shortness and deficiency for Jingdezhen Luojia airport. Optimize SIDs and STARs of Jingdezhen airport and design new SIDs and STARs, aiming to increase air flows in TMA, lower controllers' workload and pressure are presented.
