锅炉给水泵筒体部件的强度校核与模态分析

摘要

The strength check of a boiler feed pump casing is completed based on the software ANSYS. Some shortcomings of the initial structure design are indicated, so that relative improvement and optimization design are implemented on the basis of the calculation results. Also, the modal analysis about the pump casing is achieved according to the dynamic principle. The frequencies and modes of vibration are obtained. It will provide evidence for avoiding resonance and further research later.%利用ANSYS软件对锅炉给水泵的筒体部件进行强度校核.发现了原型设计中的一些不足之处,继而在分析结果的基础上对结构进行相关改造及优化设计.并根据动力学原理对筒体部件进行模态分析,得到了对应频率及振型.从而为避免共振和后期的进一步研究提供了依据.
