In this article, application of PRO/E behavioral modeling the RB315/40 type emulsion pump crankshaft structure optimization design is carried on. First the local dynamic balance of the five cronk of crankshaft are achieved, then mass distribution are optimized, crankshaft centroid in the axis of rotation of the crankshaft on the distribution are improved, to optimize the design, the ideal crankshaft model is gotten.%运用PRO/E行为建模模块对RB315/40乳化液泵曲轴结构进行优化设计.首先使曲轴的五个曲拐分别在局部实现动平衡,然后优化曲轴质量分布,改进曲轴质心在曲轴旋转轴线上的分布,从而优化设计,得到理想的曲轴模型.
