Attapulgite supported CaSO4/TiO2 composite powder was prepared by using titanyl sulfate and calcium oxide as raw material and ATP as carrier. The resulting samples were characterized by using XRD, EDX, TG-DTG. Photocatalytic activities were evaluated by degradation of activeness scarlet ( BES) and the conditions for preparing this composite material were optimized. Results show that the optimum conditions for preparation of the composite material are as follows; mass ratio of ATP to TiO2 is 1 = 4, and calcined temperature is 500 ℃. Under these conditions, the effect of photocatalytic activity of the composite material to BES is the best, when the amount of catalyst is 3 g/L, UV light exposure time is 60 min, the rate of degradation can reach 89. 6%.%首次以硫酸氧钛、氧化钙为原料,以凹凸棒土为载体,制备了ATP负载型CaSO4/TiO2复合材料.并用XRD、EDX、TG-DTG等进行了表征.以染料废水的降解效果作为评价其光催化性能的标准,对制备条件进行了优化.结果表明:复合材料对印染废水具有较好的降解作用.当ATP与二氧化钛的质量比为1∶4、煅烧温度为500℃下制备的复合材料光催化降解活性大红的效果最佳.当催化剂投加量为3 g/L,紫外灯照射60 min,降解率可达到89.6%.
