利用Sandwich等效理论简化铝蜂窝复合夹层板芯层的材料参数.结合ANSYS有限元软件单元库中的Shell91单元对试样进行仿真计算.由三点弯物理实验和仿真计算的结果对比,表明等效简化具有良好的效果.同时由于修正系数γ的取值对于等效结果具有一定影响,通过对不同结构参数板体的仿真分析,来探讨这种影响的特征,为工程计算应用提供一定的参考.%The core material parameters of aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate were simplified by Sandwich equivalent theory, and combining with Shell 91 element in ANSYS FEM software, the sample simulation calculations were tried. With the comparison between three-point beam physical experiment and simulation calculation, a good effect was achieved. Meanwhile, the correction factor influences the equivalent effect to some extent, and owing to this, simulation analyses of the plates with different structural parameters were made to probe the characteristics of the influence.
