摘要

A Schr(o)dinger equation of an elastic rod with stochastic forces is proposed to describe the DNA molecules' collision in the nucleus.The Ito formula is emploled to discrete the stochastic differential equation.One-order explicit scheme is obained to simulate the center line of the elastic rod.%给出了一种用随机分布力来刻画液体分子对DNA分子的作用的模型.得到了随机Schr(o)dinger方程.给出了上述方程的一阶算法,并且给出了数值例子.模拟了DNA分子受到随机力的作用时的中心线形态.
