航空活塞发动机曲轴系统扭转振动研究

     

摘要

The subject of this study is Lycomig -10-360 reciprocating aeroengine, the torsional vibration calculation model of crankshaft system is established, calculated the torsional vibration characteristics. The torsional vibration response of crankshaft system are analyzed base on two work conditions, which are different rotation speeds with equal inlet pressure and propeller pitching. The research results show that the higher rotation speed with equal inlet pressure, die stronger torsional vibration of crankshaft system, high rotation speed widi low inlet pressure will significantly enhance the torsional vibration. Propeller pitching with equal rotation speed will change the torsional vibration of crankshaft system, the larger pitch, the stronger torsional vibration.%以Lycomig-IO-360航空活塞发动机为研究对象,建立了曲轴系统扭转振动的计算模型,并进行了扭转振动特性计算.针对相同进气压力不同转速和螺旋桨变距两种工况,分析了曲轴系统的扭转振动响应.研究结果表明,相同进气压力时,转速越高曲轴系统扭转振动越强,低进气压力高转速会引起扭转振动显著增强;转速不变而螺旋桨变距会改变曲轴系统的扭转振动,桨距越大扭转振动越强.
