DN3110催化剂在连续重整预加氢装置上的工业应用

摘要

The application of China Petrochemical Company Petro China North which DN-3110 catalyst used in Continuous reforming hydrogenation equipment is introduced, including catalyst loading, activation, initial opera-tion and performance calibration. The results show that the DN-3110 catalyst processes simply and has very good ac-tivity under lower temperature , the production of refined naphtha can completely meet the demand for reforming feedstockas a reforming hydrogenation catalyst.%介绍了DN3110催化剂在中石油华北石化公司在连续重整预加氢装置上应用,包括催化剂装填、活化、初期运转以及性能标定.结果表明,采用DN3110催化剂作为重整预加氢催化剂,开工过程简单,且催化剂在较低的温度下就具有非常好的活性,所产的精制石脑油完全能够满足重整进料要求.
