为研究新型热处理工艺——气雾淬火技术的特性,应用该技术对9SiCr钢圆柱体工件进行淬火处理,并对淬火后工件的硬度和组织结构进行分析.分析结果表明,经过气雾淬火处理后的工件,其硬度较淬火前有较大程度的提高,且内部硬度略大于外部硬度;淬火后工件内外都得到均匀的针状马氏体组织.%In order to study the performance of gas-spray water quenching, the hardness and metallographic structures of 9SiCr alloy steel after gas-spray water quenching were investigated. The results show that the hardness of the workpiece is greatly improved, and the inner hardness is a little higher than the outer. Besides, the uniform martensite is obtained after quenching.
