大功率LED灯强化冷却散热器的创新设计

         

摘要

As energy saving,environmental protection,long life and other characteristics,LED get much attention from all walks of life.However,when high power LED is working,not only produce light at but also generate a lot of heat,about 80% of the energy is converted into heat energy,with the improvement of leds and power integration.LED the fever heat flux increases rapidly,its process of work heat releasing increase substantially.While the LED junction temperature (the temperature of the chip) directly affect the service life of the lamp,therefore,high power LED lamp,heat dissipation problems needed to improve urgently.This designs focus on LED lamp cooling growing phenomenon,to design a natural reflux cooling system,make the most of the heat generated in work process of LED comes out through the return system.The experiment proved that the system can achieve good cooling effect.%LED灯由于节能、环保、工作寿命长等特点而倍受社会各界的关注,然而大功率LED灯在工作过程中,除发光外同时产生大量热能,约有80%的能量转化为热能.随着LED的功率以及集成度的提高,LED灯的发热热流密度迅猛增加,其工作过程中散发热量大幅提高,而LED结温(芯片温度)的高低直接影响灯的使用寿命;因此,大功率LED灯的散热问题急需改善.本设计针对LED灯散热问题日益严重的现象而提出,设计出一种自然回流散热系统,使LED灯工作过程中产生的大部分热量通过回流系统散发出去,实验证明该散热系统能取得良好的散热效果.
