主裙楼不同连接方式对L型带裙房高层建筑结构-基础-地基共同作用影响研究

         

摘要

建立了某实际工程L形带裙房高层建筑三维分析模型,采用分层地基模型.引入缝连接单元.主要讨论了主裙房不同连接方式对结构的影响,连接处分别采用固结连接、铰接连接及主裙楼设沉降缝进行结构-桩筏基础-地基共同作用分析.研究表明:竖向荷载工况下,主楼与裙房之间设沉降缝的柱轴力要较另外两种小;而对于连接处的梁来说,主楼与裙房之间不设沉降缝时,以底层、顶层的梁受力最为不利.在设计时应注意加强其构造措施.主楼与裙房之间不设沉降缝时基础沉降量、主楼基础弯矩,倾斜较设缝时要大.常遇地震工况下固结连接与铰接连接的层间位移几乎相同,而设沉降缝的层间位移较它们要大.%A L-shaped high-rise building as an example is taken.By utilizing layered soil model and GAP connection element,a 3-D structure model is built.It is mainly to discuss the influence of different connection types of main podiums on structure.Joints adopt separately consolidation and pinned joint connection.Settlement joints are set up in main podiums to make an analysis on concurrent function of structure-piled raft foundation-ground.It is indicated in this research that consolidation connection and pinned joint connection have almost the same inter-story displacement,while inter-story displacement of those that set up the settlement joint is larger than other two under frequent earthquakes.In terms of vertical load case,pillar that set up the settlement joint has a smaller axial force than other two.Stress of top and bottom beams are the most unfavorable when settlement joint is not set up between main buildings and podiums.When settlement joint is set up between main buildings and podiums,basic settlement amount,bending moment of main buildings and tilt are all smaller than not.
