湿法脱硫系统运行参数对水耗影响的试验研究

         

摘要

针对燃煤电厂脱硫系统水耗大的现状,搭建“烟气湿法脱硫节水小型实验系统”,构建水平衡模型,并进行了湿法脱硫系统运行参数对水耗影响的试验研究.得到了燃煤电厂钙法脱硫系统通用耗水计算式及电厂湿法脱硫系统耗水率曲线,可以根据煤种的变化计算出当前工况下各运行参数对FGD系统实际需要补水量,对当前煤质多变下FGD实际运行有重要意义.%According to that Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization (WFGD) in coal-fired power plants has a high water consumption, a pilot-scale WFGD experimental system and a water balance model have been built and employed to investigate experimentally operating parameters upon the water consumption of WFGD. The water consumption calculation formula of Calcium desulphurization system and water consumption rate curve on power plant WFGD system are obtained, according to the variation of coal can calculate the water consumption of the current conditions of FGD system, all has important significance upon FGD system operation on the current the variation of coal condition.
