硅酸镁填料对乘用车胎胎面橡胶性能的影响

The application of magnesium silicate in silica compound was studied. The influence of magnesium silicate instead of some parts carbon black of silica compound was discussed. The test results state the wet traction property and the rolling resistance of PCR tread compound can be improved at the same time if adding the silane coupling agent.%通过对乘用车胎胎面胶中加入硅酸镁的研究,探讨了硅酸镁替换部分炭黑后对橡胶物性及动态性能的影响.结果表明,在白炭黑填充的橡胶中用硅酸镁部分代替炭黑,橡胶抗湿滑特性得到改善,同时加入硅烷偶联剂处理后可同时提高抗湿滑性和降低滚动阻力特性.
