Nowadays, the ultra poor magnetite is developed and used to seek iron are becoming one of the hot spots. Therefore, it is very usefull to research the model of mineralization about the ultra poor magnetite. A brief model of mineralization and elaborate geological characteristics about the ultra poor magnetite in Liming are given, that is on the basis of geological survey, physical survey and the research of rock and mineral structure. Sedimentary formation provides material for the formation of mineral deposits of he ultra poor magnetite in Liming, which was made by volcano on the condition of the rift valley at the edge of the Yangtze block before the Cambrian. And it is fully formed by different period metamorphism and magma activity in the later. So it could be generalized that are controlled by the early metamorphism and the later magma activity.%当前超贫磁铁矿开发利用已经成为寻找铁矿资源的热点之一.因此,对超贫磁铁矿成矿模式的研究具有较好的实践意义.以哀牢山中段黎明超贫磁铁矿为例,结合野外地质勘查、物探资料及岩石矿物结构构造研究,简述该超贫磁铁矿矿床地质特征,并提出初步的成矿类型.经研究认为:前寒武纪扬子地块边缘裂谷环境火山物质沉积建造为黎明超贫磁铁矿提供矿源,经后期多期次的变质作用和岩浆作用而最终成矿.其成矿类型可以概括为早期变质作用-后期热液叠加改造复合型.
