井眼轨迹控制工具在打定向井、水平井等复杂结构井时可自动灵活地改变钻头前进方向,起到导向作用。由于工具内部运动部件较多,为了防止磨损,需要进行润滑,同时井眼轨迹控制工具在工作过程中不可避免地会发生泄漏。因此,工具工作时间越长,泄漏量越大,工具内部所剩余的润滑油也越少。为了研究工具内部润滑油泄漏情况,建立了工具润滑油整体泄漏模型,得出了工具内部润滑油压力与总体泄漏量之间的关系,并通过试验验证了分析结果。研究结果表明,润滑油总体泄漏量随着压力的增大而增大,并指出工具最大持续工作时间为200 h。%Wellbore trajectory control tool can automatically change the direction of the bit when drilling direc-tional well and horizontal well as well as complex structure well .Due to the large quantity of internal moving parts , in order to prevent friction , lubrication is required .At the same time wellbore trajectory control tool will have inevi-table leaking problem in the working process .Therefore, the longer it works, the greater leakage it will have , and the lubricating oil remaining inside the tools decrease .In order to study the internal oil leakage , tools lubricating oil leakage model is established and the relationship between the overall leakage and the lubricating oil pressure was concluded , the results of the analysis is also verified by experiment .Research results show that the lubricating oil leakage increases with the lubricating oil pressure , and pointed out that tool maximum continuous working time is 200 hours.
