超高碱值纳米磺酸镁添加剂对船用润滑油摩擦学性能的影响

         

摘要

Effect of super-high base number value nano magnesium sulfonate additive on the tribological per -formance of marine lubricating oil was studied .Fourier infrared spectrometer is used to characterize the molecular structure of the sample , Melvin laser particle size analyzer is used to characterize the particle size distribution of samples , and a SRV multifunctional testing machine and a four-ball friction testing machine is applied to measure and analysis.The results show that under the load of 50 N, 200 N, 500 N and 800 N, the super-high base number nano magnesium sulfonate additive of the marine lubricating oil can effectively reduce the friction factor of the fric-tion pairs, and the maximum non-seizure load can be significantly improved .When the mass fraction of the additive is 8%, the lubricating oil exhibits the best tribological performance .%研究了超高碱值纳米磺酸镁添加剂对船用润滑油摩擦学性能的影响。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪表征了样品的分子结构,利用马尔文激光粒度分析仪测量了样品的粒径分布,并采用SRV多功能试验机和四球摩擦机研究了超高碱值纳米磺酸镁添加剂对船用润滑油摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,在50N、200N、500N和800 N的载荷下,船用润滑油超高碱值纳米磺酸镁能够有效降低摩擦副间的摩擦因素,并能显著提高润滑油的最大无卡咬负荷值;当添加剂的质量分数为8%时,润滑油的减磨性能最为突出。
