水中放电结合网过滤提升冷却水浓缩倍率研究

         

摘要

Considering the problem of low concentration ratio of existing circulating cooling water system ,a new method, which combined pulsed discharges in water and mesh filtration ,was developed to improve the concentration ratio of circulating cooling water .Taking simulated circulating cooling water of artificially hardened water with hard-ness of 200~800 mg/L (with CaCO3) as the research object, by using 10μm diameter metal mesh filter hardness particles ,the filter was cleaned by pulsed spark discharge shock wave in water and carrying away the particles out of the filter by tangential flow .The results show that the test system can effectively treat the simulated circular cooling water with hardness of 600 mg/L and below , but fail to deal with simulated circulating cooling water with hardness of 800 mg/L.So the test system can increase the concentration ratio of circulating cooling water to 12 at least.And the running cost of this system is very low , only 0.26%of the cost of saving water .%针对现有循环冷却水系统浓缩倍率偏低的问题,研究了一种基于水下脉冲火花放电技术与网过滤技术相结合提升循环冷却水浓缩倍率的新方法。以人工制备硬度为200~800 mg/L(以碳酸钙计)的模拟循环冷却水为研究对象,利用10μm孔径金属网过滤硬度颗粒,再用水中脉冲火花放电产生的冲击波,清洁过滤网上面的硬度颗粒,并由携带流带出过滤器。结果表明:试验系统能够有效地处理硬度为600 mg/L及以下的模拟循环冷却水,未能对硬度为800 mg/L的模拟循环冷却水进行有效处理。由此,将浓缩倍率至少提升至12;而且该方法运行费用很少,仅为节约用水省下费用的0.26%。
