生物质和煤炭化过程中的介电性能研究

             

摘要

Corncob,coconut shell, bituminous coal are collected as raw materials and prepared into the corre-sponding char samples at different carbonization temperatures. Microwave dielectric property of those samples is de-termined by the vector network analyzer. The results show that the values of dielectric loss of is positively correlated with pyrolysis temperature in 2 ~18 GHz frequency band. At the pyrolysis temperature of 700 ℃, the dielectric loss of coconut shell is the largest, corncob the second, bituminous coal the minimal. However, at 900℃, corncob is the least. XRD and FT-IR technology are used to characterize chars, the results indicate that the degree of graphi-tization and aromatization are the reasons that result in the change of dielectric.%以玉米芯、椰壳和烟煤为原料,经不同炭化温度制备出炭化焦样,利用矢量网络分析仪测定其微波介电性能,结果表明:2~18 GHz频段下,炭化温度与介电常数成正相关;不同材料在700℃下所制焦样,介电常数大小顺序为椰壳>玉米芯>烟煤,900℃下,椰壳>烟煤>玉米芯。通过XRD和FT-IR分析表征,表明焦样的石墨化度和芳香化程度是影响介电性能变化的原因。
