基于正交试验与 Hypermesh/Ls-Dyna的栽石拦挡方案优化设计

         

摘要

为提升农村公路上应用较为普遍的栽石拦挡的安全性能。应用正交试验的方法,设计了三因素两水平的三种不同的栽石拦挡布置方案。基于Hypermesh/LS-DYNA软件环境和最新的JTG B05-01—2013《公路护栏安全性能评价标准》进行三种方案的计算机仿真碰撞试验,根据试验结果来评价三种方案安全性能的优劣,从而得到最佳的栽石拦挡布置方案。正交试验结果表明:栽石拦挡方案一安全性能不满足规范要求,栽石拦挡方案二与方案三的防护等级能达到C级;其中方案二的安全性能最佳。%To improve the safety performance of stone planting guardrail which is widely applied to rural roads. orthogonal experiment was applied, designed three factors and two levels of three different stone planting guardrail layouts, conducted computer simulation crash tests for three kinds of schemes based on Hypermesh /LS-DYNA software environment and the latest JTG B05-01—2013 “highway guardrail safety performance evaluation stand-ards”.According to the test results to evaluate the safety performance of the merits of the three options to obtain op-timum planting stone guardrail layout,the orthogonal test results showed that: the safety performance of scheme I stone planting guardrail cannot meet the regulatory requirements, the protection level of scheme II and scheme III can reach C-class;in which safety performance of scheme II be of the best.
