一株具有石油烃降解性能的交替假单胞菌的筛选和鉴定

     

摘要

A petroleum degrading bacterial strain was isolated from oil-contaminated surface seawater of Dalian Port.Based on 16SrDNA sequence analysis, that isolator was identified as Pseudoalteromonas.Cell density in-creased exponentially in the four days incubation and then appeared to plateau phase between days five to ten, after which cell density decreased sharply.Under the condition of 22 ℃,120 r/min, the diesel degradation rate was 41.2%after 7 days incubation.%从大连近岸海域筛选出了1株石油降解菌。通过形态学观察、生理生化反应和16SrDNA基因测序方法鉴定该菌株属于交替假单胞菌属。该菌株接种后,前4 d种群数量增长迅速,为对数增长期,4~11 d为稳定期,11 d后细菌密度下降。在22℃、120 r/min的条件下培养7 d,对柴油降解率可达到41.2%。
