哥特式建筑风格与现代网壳结构设计的融合--角锥折板网壳参数化设计及形状优化

         

摘要

借鉴哥特式建筑风格和角锥折板网壳特点,采用APDL( ANSYS parametric design language )参数化设计语言,研制了五种不同网格类型的角锥折板网壳参数化设计宏程序,实现了给定跨度S、矢高F、环向对称区域份数Kn和径向节点圈数Nx等参数下,五种类型角锥折板网壳参数化设计。对五种网壳进行了受力性能分析,探究了网壳结构最不利位移、最不利应力随矢高变化规律:并以结构耗钢量为目标函数,以Kn、Nx为设计变量进行了形状优化。建模实例表明该参数化设计宏程序方便、快捷,形状优化设计给出了在跨度、矢高不变时结构耗钢量随网格数变化规律及耗钢量最小的最优网格数。%Learn from the Gothic style and the characteristics of pyramid folded plate latticed shell ,by using de-sign language APDL ( ANSYS Parametric Design Language ) ,developed the macro programs of parametric design of five types of pyramid type of folded plate latticed shell , parametric design of five types of pyramid type of folded plate latticed shell is realized with the given parameter of span S, the vector high F, ring to symmeric regional cop-ies number Kn and radial node ring number Nx.And had carried on analasis of force performance , explored the change rule of the most unfavorable displacement and the most unfavorable stress with the change of vector height of reticulated shell structure .The shape optimization is carried out by using the steel consumption of structure as the objective function , Kn and Nx as the design variable .Modeling examples demonstrate that the macro program of de-sign is convenient and quick , shape optimization design can get the change rule of steel consumption with the grid number changed when the span and the height of the vector are unchanged and also can get optimal mesh number of minimum steel consumption .
