基于多击痕的击针偏心度测量方法

             

摘要

针对击针偏心度的测量精度受限于现场操作的问题,提出了一种便于现场操作的多击痕测量方法。首先,对药筒底火孔处填充的软金属击发次数不少于3次,任意2次击发之间药筒的旋转角没有精确定量要求。然后,通过最小二乘原理拟合出每个击痕的中心点相对坐标。最后,将这些击痕中心作为圆上的点,通过圆拟合得的圆半径作为击针偏心度。采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟结果表明:新方法与传统方法相比,测量精度至少提高了30%。模拟结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。%Aimed at the problem that the measurement accuracy of firing pin eccentricity is limited by the prob-lem of field operation , a kind of method based on multiple firing-indentations was proposed to be easy and feasible for site operation.Firstly, the cartridge primer hole filling soft metal was fired no less than three times , between any two firing cartridge rotation angle without precise quantitative requirements .Secondly , the relative coordinates of the center points of each firing-indentation were fitted by the least square principle .Finally, the centers of the firing-indentations were used as the points on the circle , and the radius of the circle fitting was used as the firing pin eccentricity .The simulation results come from Monte Carlo method show that the measurement accuracy im-proves at least 30% with the new method compared with the traditional method .The results show that the new method is feasible and available .
