过饱和交通流情况下道路饱和度分析方法

摘要

道路饱和度是交通流量与道路通行能力的比值,为道路交通运行分析的一项重要指标;但当交通流处于过饱和状态时,实测的饱和度值无法反映真实的交通负荷,可能造成相关决策的重大误差.针对这一问题,基于交通流参数的相互关系,研究了过饱和交通流的识别方法;在此基础上,以交通流速度-密度相互关系为依据,提出了过饱和交通流情况下道路饱和度的测算方法.研究成果具备较强的可操作性,有效解决了过饱和交通流的道路饱和度分析问题,可以为交通流的分析研究提供参考与借鉴.%Road saturation is the ratio of traffic flow to road capacity, which is an important indicator in road traffic operation analysis.But when the traffic flow is over saturated,the road saturation from observation can't re-flect the true tremendous of the traffic,it may cause some significant errors in decision.For this problem,based on the relationship of traffic flow parameters,the method of recognition the over saturated traffic flow was analyzed,ac-cording to the relationship of the speed and the density in traffic flow,present a method for calculating the road sat-uration of over saturated traffic flow.The results has a strong operational.The method effectively solved the prob-lems of measurement for the road saturation of over saturated traffic flow,which can provided some reference for an-alyzing of traffic flow.
