18CrNiMo carburizing gear materials are widely used in the field of engineering machinery.Howev-er,in the reliability design,the contact fatigue test data of the alloy material is lacking.The reliability-stress-life (R-S-N)curve was obtained by processing the test data with the lognormal distribution, meanwhile,the values of contact fatigue stress limit under different reliabilities was obtained.Thus,these results and conclusions can be the important reference for the life and reliable design of the gear of this kind of material.%18CrNiMo渗碳齿轮材料在工程机械领域有十分重要的用途,但是在可靠性设计时,缺乏该合金材料的接触疲劳试验数据.为此,对该合金钢材料的齿轮在机械封闭流齿轮试验台架上进行了接触疲劳强度试验,采用了快速测定法和常规成组法相结合的试验方案.对试验数据进行了处理,拟合出了该种材料齿轮的R-S-N曲线,并得到了不同可靠度下的接触疲劳应力极限,为该材料齿轮的寿命设计和可靠性设计提供了参考.
