Indoor settled dust samples were collected and measured in 7 kindergartens in Beijing in April-May,2011 and May-June,2012 to explore the exposure of phthalates to preschool children.The results showed that DiBP,DnBP and DEHP were the most abundant phthalates in indoor dust of kindergarten,and the median concentration of which was 109.0 μg/g,83.3 μg/g and 167.0 μg/g,respectively.These phthalates can originate from the same sources.Compared with domestic and foreign research results,DiBP and DnBP concentrations in settled dust of kindergarten are higher.The sum of dust intake and skin contact dust exposure in preschool children accounted for lower than 5%.The exposure of preschool children to phthalates in kindergarten can't be ignored,and the more thorough and systematic studies are needed.%选取北京市7所幼儿园,于2011年4~5月和2012年5~6月对幼儿园室内降尘进行采样分析,探讨学龄前儿童的邻苯二甲酸酯暴露.研究结果表明,DiBP、DnBP和DEHP是幼儿园室内降尘中最主要的邻苯二甲酸酯,其中值浓度分别为109.0 μg/g、83.3.μg/g和167.0 μg/g,且三者具有同源性.与国内外研究相比,幼儿园室内降尘中DiBP和DnBP浓度较高.学龄前儿童在幼儿园经口降尘摄入和皮肤接触降尘的暴露量之和占总暴露量的比例低于5%.学龄前儿童在幼儿园室内对邻苯二甲酸酯的暴露不容忽视,需要进行更深入和系统的研究.
