大水槽造波机电机力矩与造波参数的关系分析

         

摘要

Based on the wave-maker of the world′s largest wave flume at Tianjin Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering, M.O.T., China and Airy wave theory, the control equation of the piston-type wave-maker and the relationship between wave-making parameters and wave-maker motor torque were derived.The advancing wave in front of the paddle, the hammed water in the back of paddle, the mechanical friction and the force on the paddle were analyzed.The rule and value of motor torque components were studied.The theoretical variation range and rule, and the alleviating measures of motor torque were achieved.The present study provides theoretical basis for further study of active absorbing wave-making theory based on torque feedback.%基于交通运输部天津水运工程科学研究院全球最大的大比尺波浪水槽造波机,在微幅波理论的基础上推导推板式造波机控制方程;并进一步推导造波机电机力矩与造波参数之间的关系,分析板前推进波、板后雍水、机械摩阻以及推波板运动的受力与对电机驱动力矩的组分大小和变化规律,从理论上得到电机力矩的变化范围、规律及消减平缓方法,为下一步研究基于力矩反馈的主动式吸收造波提供理论依据.
