模块化调温节能装饰墙板辐射供冷的实验研究

     

摘要

辐射供冷技术在国内的应用还不广泛;而且没有对模块化调温节能装饰墙板直接辐射供冷的研究.为了更好地了解由制冷剂直接供冷的模块化调温节能装饰辐射墙板的运行特性及供冷效果,通过搭建试验台,测试机组分别以三种不同方式(14:00~18:00;8:00~18:00;8:00~11:00,14:00~17:00)运行时室内温湿度的变化,分析温湿度的变化规律,研究影响辐射板性能的因素,从而提出优化辐射板的方法为调温层非均匀布置、增加辐射板厚度、装饰层采用吸湿解湿性好的材料.通过对比三种运行方式下室内空气温湿度变化最终得到采用第三种方式(8:00~11:00,14:00~17:00)可以满足温度为(26±1)℃、相对湿度为60%~80%的室内环境,而且经济性较好.%The application of radiant cooling technology in China is not yet widespread, and there is no research on direct radiation cooling of modular temperature-adjustable and energy-saving decorative wall panels.In order to better understand the operating characteristics and cooling effect of the modular temperature-adjustable and energy-saving decorative wall plate directly cooled by the refrigerant, the experiment is performed.The unit runs in three different ways (14:00~18:00; 8:00~18:00; 8:00~11:00, 14:00~17:00),and indoor temperature and hu-midity are tested.By analyzing the changing law of temperature and humidity, and studying factors affecting the per-formance of the radiation plate, the method for optimizing the radiation plate is to provide ,a non-uniform arrange-ment of the temperature control layer, increasing the thickness of the radiation plate, and using a material with good moisture absorption and dehydration in the decoration layer.By comparing the temperature and humidity changes of the indoor air under the three operating modes, the third method (8:00~11:00, 14:00~17:00) can be used to meet the temperature of (26 ± 1)℃ and the relative humidity of 60% ~80% of the indoor environment, and be more economical.
