穿孔率和厚度对单层微穿孔板吸声性能的影响

         

摘要

设计具有不同穿孔率和不同厚度的微穿孔板,测试其吸声性能.以马大猷教授的微穿孔板吸声理论为基础,厚度增加会提高微穿孔板的吸声系数,但是微穿孔板厚度增加会减小高频范围内的吸声频带,穿孔率越大,微穿孔在高频率范围内具有宽的吸声频带.同时比较了Fok的考虑微穿孔间的相互影响的模型与实验测试结果相比较可知,考虑微穿孔间的相互影响的模型更接近实验结果.同时研究了微穿孔板吸声的模型,通过和实验获得的数据比较可知,考虑微穿孔间的相互影响的模型更和实验数据更接近.%The microperforation board with different perforation rate and different thickness was designed to test its sound absorption performance .With Maa, on the basis of the acoustic absorption theory of microperforated panel thickness would increase the sound absorption coefficient of the micro-perforated plate , but the thickness increase of microperforated panel will reduce the high frequency range acoustic absorption band , perforation rate, the greater the micro perforation in wide frequency range with high acoustic absorption band .Compared with the experimental results, the model of the interaction between the microperforation and the microperforation was compared , and the model of the interaction between microperforations was more closely related to the experimental results .At the same time, the model of micro perforated panel absorption is studied , and the data obtained through experiments and ex-periments shows that the model of the interaction between micro-perforations is more closely related to the experi-mental data .
