掺有铜渣的水泥砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能

         

摘要

本试验通过改变铜渣比表面积和激发剂用量并以10%、20%、30%的掺量掺入硅酸盐水泥制成水泥胶砂试件,在硫酸盐溶液中侵蚀一定龄期,研究不同性状的铜渣水泥试件抗蚀性能的变化规律.同时利用XRD衍射试验对试件侵蚀产物进行分析.试验结果表明:铜渣活性被激发后,与水泥水化产物Ca(OH)2发生化学反应,生成的水化硅酸钙可提高水泥基材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能;而激发剂Na2SO4的引入,可直接增加水泥基内部的硫酸根离子的浓度,对水泥基的抗硫酸盐性能有不利影响.%The test measures the corrosion resistance coefficients of mortar specimens which are blended with 10%,20%and 30%copper slags by changing their surface area and the dosage of activator,and meanwhile put them in different sulfate solution for a certain age to study the law of corrosion resistance.In order to investigate the erosion law of sulfate on cement-based materials,corrosion products of the specimens are determined by means of XRD.The result shows that the chemical reaction is taken place between copper slags and cement hydration prod -ucts when the activity of copper slags are stimulated,and the Ca(OH)2that are produced in this chemical reaction can improve the sulfate resistance property.However,the Na2SO4is doped that makes the concentration of sulfate ion in cement-based materials increasing directly.So it has negative effect on the sulfate resistance of cement-based materials.
