基于键合图理论的混杂系统模式观测器设计与故障诊断

     

摘要

In order to identify the current mode of hybrid system,the bond graph was utilized together with the conception of controlled junction to construct the hybrid bond graph(HBG)model of the hybrid system.The global analytical redundancy relations(GARRs)are deduced from the hybrid bond graph model to obtain the analytic re-dundancy relations(ARRs)in each mode of the system.Unique mode characteristic expression in each mode of the system is obtained by summating the ARRs in the same system mode.Thus, the mode observer is designed. The controlled junction state and its control signal are analyzed to realize the fault diagnosis of the controlled node. At the end,a simulation experiment is conducted on the 20-sim software to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the mode identification and diagnosis method.%为了实时准确的识别混杂系统的运行模式,以键合图为工具,引用受控结点,搭建系统混杂键合图模型,推导系统全局解析冗余关系,求得系统各模式下的解析冗余关系.将同一模式下的解析冗余关系代数求和,得到系统各模式下唯一的模式特征表达式;并以此设计系统模式观测器.将受控结点状态与其控制信号进行分析,实现受控结点故障诊断.最后利用20-sim软件进行仿真验证.结果表明模式识别与故障诊断方法的有效性和可靠性.
