创新驱动是世界经济的发展趋势，科技创新已成为高质量经济增长的关键，科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑，必须摆在国家发展全局的核心位置。面对资源约束和经济、科技全球化带来的挑战，我国迫切需要进一步从源头上优化资源配置，强化知识创新体系建设。本文针对《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020）》实施以来知识创新体系专项实施取得的成就，以及许多领域专家提出的关于进一步持续实施知识创新体系专项工作的建议进行了综合报道。%Innovation-driven development is the trend of world economy. Technology innovation has being the fundamental source to enhance national comprehensive competition, which must be placed at the heart of national development strategy. Facing to challenges from resource constraint and globalization, China urgently needs to optimize the allocation of science and technology resources, and to strengthen its knowledge innovation system. In this paper, we review the achievements of Chinese knowledge innovation system building since “National Plan for Long-term Scientific and Technological Development (2006-2020)”implementation, analyze problems still to be solved, and put forward suggestions on how to further carry forward speciifc project of knowledge innovation system.
