以固定化的啤酒酵母作为生物吸附剂,海藻酸钠和聚乙烯醇作为包埋剂,研究了pH值、ρ(初始重金属离子)、ρ(菌体)、吸附时间、吸附温度对吸附Pb2+、Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的影响,并进行了解吸剂及其质量浓度对固定化啤酒酵母解吸影响的研究.研究结果表明,在pH值=5.5,ρ(菌体)=20 g/L,吸附时间2h,吸附温度25℃,ρ(初始Pb2+)=80 mg/L,ρ(初始Cu2+)=50 mg/L时,ρ(初始Zn2+)=20 mg/L时,ρ(初始Cd2+)=40 mg/L时,固定化的啤酒酵母对Pb2+、Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的吸附率分别为95.71%、89.66%、74.48%和86.12%,用0.1 mol/L的HCl作解吸剂回收Pb2+、Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+,相应的解吸率可达到71.79%、94.59%、91.95%和96.07%.%Beer yeast was used for biosorption which was immobilized by alginate and PVA. The factors including pH,concentration of heavy metal ions, concentration of yeast, time of adsorption, and temperature of adsorption, which could influence the adsorptive capacity for Pb2+ , Cu2+ , Zn2+ and-Cd2+ ,were studied. The factors including chemical reagent of desorption and its concentration, which could influence the desorptive capacity for Pb2+,Cu2+,Zn2+ and Cd2+,were studied,too. The result showed that,when the pH was 5. 5,the concentration of beer yeast was 20g/L,the time of adsorption was 2h,the temperature of adsorption was 25℃ ,the concentration of Pb2+ was 80 mg/L,the concentration of Cu2+ was 50 mg/L,the concentration of Zn2+ was 20 mg/L,the concentration of Cd2+ was 40 mg/L,the adsorption efficiency could reach 95. 71%,89. 66%,74. 48% and 86. 12% respectively. At the same time, using HCl of 0. 1mol/L as the chemical reagent of desorption, the desorptional efficiency could reach 71. 79%,94. 59%,91. 95% and 96. 07% respectively.
