浅谈转化任性学生的教育工作

摘要

The object of socialist education is to cultivate ideals, morality, culture, discipline and successors of the socialist cause. Our education is to raise the ideological and ethical qualities and scientific and cultural qualities, while the education of wayward students is an indispensable education work to achieve the above objectives. This has put forward higher requirements for all counselors. As long as we are good at analyzing, cultivating emotion, inspiring confidence, and implementing model education, wayward students can be transformed.%　　社会主义教育的目的，就是培养有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的社会主义事业接班人。我们的教育就是提高全民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质，教育任性的学生是实现上述目标不可缺少的工作，是我们教育工作者义不容辞的光荣职责。这就对广大辅导员提出了更高的要求。只要我们善于分析，培养感情，激励信心；榜样教育，形成感染，任性的学生完全可以被转化的。
