成人高等教育师资队伍建设问题研究

摘要

Currently, there are numerous problems lying in the faculty construction of adult higher education in China, which severely hinders the development of adult higher education. In this thesis, the author sorts out the major problems and proposes the countermeasures. The reasonable solutions of these problems play an active role in strengthening the faculty construction, and improving the quality and management level of adult higher edu-cation.%当前，我国成人高等教育师资队伍中存在诸多问题，严重阻碍成人高等教育发展，本文对存在的主要问题进行了梳理，并提出了相应建议对策。合理解决这些问题，对于加强师资队伍建设从而有效提高成人高等教育质量、提升管理水平能够起到积极的作用。
