论大学生思想政治教育对象的主体性

摘要

College students, as the objectives of college ideological and political education, are independent, active, creative and subjective. The efficiency of college ideological and political edu-cation and college students' comprehensive development are de-termined by college students' subjectivity. Therefore, in college ideological and political education, we should transform educa-tors' concept, pay attention to students' subjectivity, optimize ed-ucational environment and establish an atmosphere for college students' subjectivity.%　　大学生作为高校思想政治教育的对象，是具有自主性、能动性、创造性的主体性特征的人，大学生的全面发展以及高校思想政治教育工作成效取得的前提是教育对象主体性的充分发挥。因此，在高校思想政治教育过程中，要转变教育者的观念，重视和尊重大学生的主体地位，要以人为本，培养大学生主体意识，还要优化教育环境，营造大学生主体性的氛围。
