本研究从积极心理学的视野出发,通过大学生心理健康教育需求调查分析高校心理健康教育课程的教学定位、教学内容、教学方式、教学效果评价等要素,提出积极心理学视野下的课程建设思路,为高校心理健康教育课程的开展提供新的启示。%From the perspective of positive psychology, this study investigates the demand of college psychological health education and analyzes its teaching orientation, teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and other factors,and then puts for-ward the idea of course construction from the perspective of posi-tive psychology. It provides a new inspiration for college psycho-logical health education course.
