博弈论视角下高校教学资源共享困境的成因分析

         

摘要

The teaching resources shared by colleges and univer-sities are public articles from the perspective of their use proper-ty, so the process of university teaching resources sharing con-struction is in fact the process of public articles supply. Using the method of game theory, university teaching resources sharing ac-tivities in China are classified into three types in accordance with the scale and power of universities involved, including the game between weak universities and weak universities, the game be-tween powerful universities and powerful universities, and the game between powerful universities and weak universities. Using the classical game model of public articles supply, participants' decision-making activities under the three situations are ana-lyzed, thus revealing the predicaments in university resources sharing in China, and corresponding strategies and suggestions are proposed through comparison and analysis.%高校共享的教学资源在使用属性上是公共物品,高校教学资源共享建设的过程实际上就是公共物品的供给过程。本文采用博弈论的方法,根据参与高校的规模与实力,将我国高校教学资源共享活动分为三种类型:弱校与弱校之间的博弈、强校与强校之间的博弈、强校与弱校之间的博弈。运用公共物品供给的经典博弈模型,分别对三种情况下参与方的供给决策行为进行分析,揭示了我国高校教学资源共享的困境所在,通过比较分析提出了相应的策略建议。
