试论职业指导人员的职业素养--基于高校开展大学生职业指导的分析

The establishment of career guidance system for uni-versity students in colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting students' career guidance and development. The guidance system consists of counselors, teachers for career guidance course and professional instructors, whose qualities in-fluence the role of university career guidance system. In order to better play the role of the system, it is necessary to explore the is-sue of the professionalism of university career guidance staff in terms of importance, content and enhancement measures.%各高校建立大学生职业指导体系为推进学生的职业指导和生涯成长产生了重要作用，指导体系的构成包括了辅导员、职业生涯课程教师以及专业指导老师，这些人员职业素养水平影响着高校职业指导体系作用的发挥，为了更好地发挥体系作用，有必要从重要性、内容以及提升措施等方面探讨高校职业指导人员的职业素养问题。
