本文从探究式学习的基本特征出发,结合“人力资源管理”课程教学实践,通过探究式教学模式的实际应用,探索探究式教学活动的设计,以推进教学效果的不断提升。%Starting from the basic features of inquiry-based teaching, combining with the teaching practice of "Human Re-source Management", through the practical application of in-quiry-based teaching model, this paper explores the design of inquiry-based teaching activities, in order to promote the contin-uous improvement of teaching effect.
