通识教育对大学生法制教育改革的启示——兼议'思想道德修养与法律基础'课程改革方向

摘要

通识教育作为现代大学的一种教育理念,在"培养什么人"、"怎么培养人"的问题上与大学生法制教育具有相通性.借鉴通识教育理念,推进大学生法制教育的改革,就必须发挥大学生法制教育的"德育"功能,突出大学生的"主体呈现",强化"贯通"、"交融"与"渗透",真正把大学生法制教育转到提高大学生的法律素质上来.%As a concept of modern university education, general education and legal education of university students have simi-larities in"what kinds of talents to cultivate"and "how to culti-vate talents". Learning from general education, to promote uni-versity students' legal education reform, we must give play to the"moral education" function of university students' legal educa-tion, highlight the "subjective presence" of university students, and enhance "fusion", "integration" and "infiltration", so as to truly transform the implementation of university students' legal e-ducation to the improvement of their legal quality.
