教师轮岗制度是加强薄弱学校、改善乡村学校办学质量，促进教育资源公平，平衡师资分布的重要途径。然而由于派出教师地位尴尬、政府的监督及支持力度不够等原因造成轮岗制实施过程中频频陷入困境，未能实现真正的资源交流。建立“标准化”学校、加强农村教师队伍建设、政府加强鼓励政策等，是顺利实施并完善教师轮岗制实施的有效途径。%Teachers' rotation system aims to strengthen the school-running quality of disadvantaged schools and rural schools, promote the fairness of education resources and balance the distribution of teaching staff. But due to the embarrassed po-sition of assigned teachers and insufficient government supervi-sion and support, the rotation system fails to truly realize re-sources exchange and its implementation is frequently put in a tight spot. Establishing "standardized" schools, enhancing rural teaching staff construction and strengthening government policies are effective ways to successfully implement and perfect the teachers' rotation system.
